The Machine Directive states, among other:

"The manufacturer of machinery or his authorised representative must ensure that a risk assessment is carried out in order to determine the health and safety requirements which apply to the machinery. The machinery must then be designed and constructed taking into account the results of the risk assessment."

D&TS has experience in risk assessments and can, based on the risk assessment, advise which safety labels are needed to warn against residual risk.

Because every company and every machine is different, we offer a free personal consultation to discuss this matter. Feel free to contact us.
